A. MEMBERSHIP GROWTH B. PUBLIC IMAGE
 
  1. Retained existing members - 10

  1. Conducted public functions in their area with the participation of citizens to show Rotary's activity in the community.
  2. Published in local newspapers a report on the programs being conducted by the rotary club.
  3. Invited prominent citizens of the community as Guests during service activity programs of the Rotary Club and reported to the District Governor.
  4. Placed rotary club bulletin at the public library and libraries of schools and colleges.
  5. Announcing the existence of the Rotary Club in the area by hoardings, signs and signals displaying the name of Rotary Club.

 

C. CLUB SERVICES D. VOCATIONAL SERVICES
 
  1. Achieved a minimum of 70% attendance at the weekly Meeting for the whole year.
  2. Reported attendance during the weekly meetings for the month to the District Secretariat on or before 5th of every month.
  3. Participated District Events like DTTS, Dist Assembly, Dist. Conference, Rotary Foundation Seminar and Membership Development Seminar.
  4. Conducted friendship exchange.
  5. Submitted RI Dues, District Dues and contributed to "Rotarian'/"Rotary News" within due dates.
  6. Selection of President 2007-2008 is made
  7. Selection of Secretary elect 2007-08 and President Elect 2008-2009 is made.
  8. Conducted orientation program for new members

 

 
  1. Conducted programs on ethics in vocation.
  2. Conducted programs on 4-way test.
  3. Conducted programs on vocational opportunities.
  4. Recognized an entrepuner/ public servant for his outstanding Contribution to the community.
  5. Recognized Public Servant residing in the area of the club who is Community Friendly and has increased the Dignity of his/her vocation.

 

E. COMMUNITY SERVICE F. YOUTH SERVICES
 
  1. Conducted an effective program on Hunger including participation in Mid-day Meals.
  2. Conducted programs on Water Management.
  3. Conducted programs on Health concerns including Health Checkup camps.
  4. Conducted an awareness program on Environment and its importance.
  5. Participated in Polio plus program for the successful eradication of Polio.
  6. Conducted blood donation camps.
  7. Participated in Avoidable Blindness program by conducting Cataract surgeries at Rural Villages.
  8. Conducted reconstructive surgeries for Polio & leprosy patients.
  9. Conducted a program on AIDS awareness
  10. Started a new Rotary Community Corps.
 
  1. Conducted a program on abuse among youth.
  2. Conducted at least one program on development of Youth Power.
  3. Conducted symposium on New Generation and Community Responsibility.
  4. Conducted a program on Participation of Youth in Community buildings.
